香烤蔬菜
材料:彩椒一顆、花椰菜半顆、鹽少許、胡椒少許、綜合香草少許(可有可無)
成本:約1.2鎊(約合台幣75元)
參考價格:彩椒一顆約0.7鎊、花椰菜一顆約一鎊(夭壽貴囧rz)
作法:
1. 預熱烤箱至160度左右(gas mark 5)
2. 彩椒去籽、切塊
3. 花椰菜去皮、切塊
4. 烤盤抹少許油,丟進彩椒和花椰菜,灑上鹽、胡椒、綜合香草
5. 烤10至15分鐘,視烤箱大小而定
備註:可自行實驗自己喜歡的蔬菜
