水煮花生
材料:花生兩杯、水適量(淹過花生)、鹽少許、五香粉少許
參考價格:五香粉60克約1.5鎊,花生1.5公斤約2鎊
作法:
1. 花生放電鍋內鍋,水加至淹過花生,外鍋放一杯水先煮一次
2. 電鍋跳起來過一陣子後,外鍋放一杯水再煮一次
備註:
1. 花生很難煮熟,但據說泡水之後更難煮熟
2. 五香粉如果有鹽分就不需要加太多鹽,或也可省略五香粉只加鹽
